Picture Polish - Monroe

Monroe was the first PP I ever tried and it is definitely one of my favorite polishes ever. It's a berry red with lots of scattered holo and it's just beautiful *-* The formula is perfect and it covers in 2-3 coats. In the photos I'm wearing three coats and top coat. If you love dark reds and holo, this is the perfect polish for you ;)
