Picture Polish - Calm

Calm is a beautiful medium blue with a scattered holo effect. It covers in 2-3 coats and is very easy to apply. I then stamped it with the Moyou Doodles 07 plate and a white stamping polish by Essence. I love this plate, it's so cute and is perfect for blue polishes :)

I applied 2 medium coats abd top coat.

Covers in: 2-3 coats
