Picture Polish - Bette

Bette is a medium blue scattered holo and it's one of my favourite PPs *-*. It's so beautiful but unfortunately it's been discontinued, so you should get it while you still have the chance...It's opaque in 2 coats and as always the formula is perfect. I stamped it with a design from the MoYou Flower Power 16 and a white stamping polish from Essence. I'm wearing two coats and top coat.
