Masura - Mint Breeze

Mint Breeze is a beautiful mint with scattered holo. I've been looking for a mint holo for months and I finally found it :) It's so pretty *-* I stamped with a design from the Moyou Sailor 04 plate and stamp me! white by Essence. I'm wearing 3 thin coats and top coat.
