KB Shimmer - Home Surf

Home Surf is a pretty medium aque blue with different sized holo hex glitters. I applied two coats and one coat of top coat, but it was still a bit textured. I stamped it with a design from the Moyou Sailor 03 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
