Powder Perfect - Scarab

Scarab is a beautiful medium blue holo with dark blue microglitters. This polish is just stunning *-* It has a great formula, covers in 2 coats and it dries a bit textured but one coat of top coat is enough to smoothen it out. I stamped it with some snowflakes from the Moyou Festive 02 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
