Picture Polish - Cabaret

Cabaret is a beautiful deep burgundy red scatter holo with holo hex glitters. Really pretty *-* It has a good formula, covers in 2-3 coats, and dries a bit textured because of all the glitter. For stamping  used the Moyou Fashionista 05 plate and B. a Princess by Colour Alike.
