Picture Polish - Dragon

Dragon is a gorgeous dark red scatter holo. I'm so in love with it, it's so beautiful *-* It's opaque in 2-3 coats and has a great formula. For stamping I used the Moyou Doodles 04 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
