Enchanted Polish - Twinkle Twinkle

Twinkle Twinkle is a gorgeous dark blue linear holo, I love it so much *-* It's opaque in two coats and has a nice formula. For stamping I used the Moyou Hipster 11 plate and B. a Princess by Colour Alike.
