Picture Polish - Fool's Gold

Fool's Gold is a gorgeous turquoise blue with scattered holo particles and gold microgitter *-* It's opaque in three coats and has a great formula. For stamping I used the Moyou Tropical 13 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
