Picture Polish - Salt Water

Salt Water is pretty, bright medium blue with scattered holo particles and it‘s perfect for summer :) It has a nice formula and is opaque in three coats. For stamping I used the Moyou Summervibes 01 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
