Cirque Colors - Sapphire

Sapphire is a pretty dark blue scattered holo. It has a nice formula and covers in two coats but the scattered holo pieces don‘t dry entirely smooth and you might need two coats of top coat for a smooth surface. I stamped on it with the Moyou Scandi 09 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
