ILNP - Interstellar

Interstellar is a multichrome that shifts from blue to purple to green with lots of scattered holo particles. It really looks like a galaxy *-* It's easy to apply but 3 coats are necessary for full opacity. I stamped it with a design from the Moyou Enchanted 16 plate and B. a Silver King by Colour Alike.
