Picture Polish - Forget Me Not

Forget Me Not is a bright medium blue with scattered holo. I really it, especially for summer. As always with PP the formula is perfect and it's opaque in 2 coats. For stamping, I used the Moyou Mandala 03 plate and a white stamping polish by Essence.
