Picture Polish - Hope

Hope is a beautiful dark blue with scattered holo and blue hex glitters. I love this one so much, it's one of my favourite PPs *-*. It's opaque in 2 coats and the formula is perfect. The stamping design is from the Moyou Flower Power 04 plate and the stamping polish is stamp me! white by Essence.
