Picture Polish - Lagoon

Lagoon is a blue/turquoise scattered holo with big blue hex glitters. It's more turquoise in real life and it's so pretty *-* I think it's perfect for summer, the formula is perfect and it's opaque in 2 coats. For stamping I used the Moyou Doodles 07 plate and a white stamping polish by Essence.
