Cirque - Winter Bloom

Winter Bloom is a beautiful mint scattered holo with a subtle pink/purple shimmer. It's very easy to apply and covers completely in 3 coats. For stamping I used the Moyou Flower Power 15 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
