Nine Zero Lacquer - Let It Rain

Let It Rain is a beautiful light blue/mint microglitter, which is opaque in 2-3 coats and has a nice formula. The stamping design is from the Bundle Monster BM-XL216 plate and the stamping polish is stamp me! white by Essence.
