Glam Polish - Bad Hair Day

Bad Hair Day is a pretty, medium blue with silver holo microglitter. It's easy to apply and covers in two coats, but it dries a bit gritty because of all the glitter. For stamping I used the Moyou Fashionista 11 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
