Picture Polish - Gala

Gala is a pretty blurple scatter holo; sometimes it looks more purple, sometimes more blue. It's very easy to apply and covers in two coats. I stamped it with a design from the Moyou Flower Power 11 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
