Colors by Llarowe - Twinkling Lights

Twinkling Lights is a beautiful light blue with holo and darker blue microglitters; perfect for winter *-* It's very easy to apply and covers in two coats. It dries a bit textured but I only needed one coat of top coat for a smooth surface. I stamped it with a design from the Moyou Enchanted 16 plate and stamp me! white by Essence.
