Picture Polish - Desire

Desire is a beautiful duochrome scatter holo that shifts from purple to dark red. It's opaque in 2-3 coats and easy to apply. I stamped on it with a design from the Bundle Monster BM-XL218 plate and B. a Princess by Colour Alike.
