Painted Polish - Confetti Countdown

Confetti Countdown has a white crelly base with black and gold holo microglitter. I've fallen in love with the Painted Polish crellies, they're so pretty *-* It has a great formula, is opaque in two coats and dries just a little bit textured. For stamping I used the Moyou Hipster 08 plate and Midnight Mischief, alsoby Painted Polish.
