NCLA - Cloudy Sky

Cloudy Sky is a pretty light blue with a very fine holo. Perfect for winter *-* It's opaque in three coats and has a nice formula. For stamping I used the Moyou Festive 56 plate and B. a Princess by Colour Alike.
