Picture Polish - Cosmos

Cosmos is a beautiful dark blue scattered holo; this was one of my first PP and I still love it *-* It has a great formula and is opaque in 2-3 coats. For stamping I used the Moyou Festive 01 plate and B. a Princess by Colour Alike.
