NCLA - Volga

'Volga' is a beautiful dark blurple linear holo; the colour always looks different and isn't easy to capture :) The formula is great and it's opaque in 2 coats. For stamping I used the 'WhatsUp Nails B002 Watermarble To Perfection' plate and 'B. a Princess' by Colour Alike.
