Picture Polish - Cozy

'Cozy' is pretty, light mustard yellow scattered holo and it's a really unique colour *-* It has a great formula and is opaque in 2-3 coats. For stamping I used the 'Moyou Fashionista 05' plate and 'stamp me! white' by Essence.
