Painted Polish - Sweet And Serene

'Sweet & Serene' is a pretty medium blue holo with holo microglitter. It's opaque in two coats and has a great formula. I stamped it with a design from the 'WhatsUp Nails B002 Watermarble To Perfection' and 'stamp me! white' by Essence.
